📅 Day 2 – Kick-off Meeting Highlights
🇮🇹 Olbia, Sardinia – November 4th

The second day of the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project “Sustainable Tourism Skills for Adult Learners (ST4ADU)” focused on the management, visibility, and coordination aspects that will guide the project over the next two years.

🗂️ The morning began with registration and a warm welcome, followed by a Project Management Session led by Second Chance School of Mytilene(Greece). The team presented coordination tools, reporting procedures, and communication methods to ensure smooth collaboration among all partners.

🌍 The session continued with the Dissemination Strategy, outlining the project’s identity, online presence, and communication channels — including the project website, social media, newsletters, and EPALE platform.

☕ After a short coffee break, partners discussed Financial Management, with explanations on the Erasmus+ lump sum model, partner budget allocations, and the required supporting documentation for transparency and accountability.

✅ The meeting concluded with a summary of key decisions, confirmation of each partner’s responsibilities, and the scheduling of the next online coordination meeting.

The second day solidified the foundation for effective teamwork, communication, and impact — ensuring that ST4ADU will move forward with clear goals and shared vision.
