🇮🇹 Olbia, Sardinia – November 3rd

The first day of the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project “Sustainable Tourism Skills for Adult Learners (ST4ADU)” began with a warm welcome from the coordinating team Second Chance School of Mytilene and an introduction to the Erasmus+ framework for Small-Scale Partnerships in Adult Education.

🌎 Participants registered and joined the opening session, where the project’s goals and expected outcomes were presented. Each partner organization — the University of the Balearic Isl (Spain), Marevivo Foundation (Italy), and the Second Chance School of Samos (Greece) — gave a short presentation about their institution and their role in the project.

After a short coffee break, the afternoon was dedicated to an overview of project activities:

🌐 The Coordinator Second Chance School of Mytilene presented the overall structure and management of the project. The University of the Balearic Islands led discussions on sustainable practices and the development of a Sustainable Tourism Booklet. The Marevivo Foundation introduced plans for teacher training and capacity building activities while Second Chance School of Samos shared some good practices in sustainability.

🔇 The day concluded with fruitful exchanges, setting the foundation for strong collaboration and innovative work ahead.
